Lucca Bike 2011 will look even educational aspect of cycling, through active collaboration with local schools who may be involved in social and educational initiatives and educational background.
Great attention to the world of cycling, fast-growing sector in Italian and international, which has each year a greater number of fans, ready to leave the form of a traditional holiday for a ride on two wheels, certainly more environmentally friendly and healthy .
Visitors will find areas dedicated to insights, and moments of confrontation with meetings open to the public, providing the opportunity to attend and take part in sporting events at different levels.
The city of Lucca, home of the champion Mario Cipollini in 2013 and will host the World Championships today in conjunction with the event Lucca Bike is proud to kick off the Gran Fondo Mario Cipollini (June 2) that will unfold throughout the territory the province of Lucca.
A path designed personally by Mario Cipollini, whose characteristics offer everything a rider would like to try in a competition, everyone can choose the type of challenge in which to try: Short Fund (53 miles), Middle Distance (115 km) and real its Gran Fondo (152 kilometers).
